Former architect Elke le Roux’s visual artistry draws inspiration from the African context in the form of cityscapes, buildings, landscapes, patterns, colour palettes and wildlife.

Her ceramic pieces are hand-crafted, functional and decorative art pieces that celebrate the beauty of organic form with a sophisticated edge. She creates her own ongoing collections and bespoke pieces ranging from minimalistic abstract designs to more detailed pattern and architectural themes.

The current expression of her art takes the form of fine porcelain jewellery, ceramic flatware, as well as original pen and ink sketches, charcoal drawings and limited-edition digital art prints.

Each item is uniquely carved, locally produced in South Africa and bespoke.
